Weight training is only reserve for our advance adult high ranking belt students.

For our advanced students we have a variety of barbells from 8 to 50 pounds to develop strength and tone the body.

At our Dojang we use this training dummy to practice serious techniques that might be physically hurtful if tried on an individual.

This hundred pound heavy bag is used by our students to develop power and proper execution of hand strikes and punches.

Our students use this speed bag aka peanut bag to develop hand and eye coordination, as well as hand speed and focus.
